Our pipeline.

Syntic Life is advancing multiple investigational programs that target the biology of aging across different organ systems. Each works upstream of disease, at the level of the processes that drive how tissues age. Programs progress through clearly defined, independently validated stages, advancing only on reproducible results that meet predefined criteria. All programs are preclinical; none has entered clinical development, and our therapies remain investigational and not approved by any regulatory authority.

Stage legend

Discovery

Identifying and prioritizing the biological targets and candidate approaches that anchor a program.

Cellular Validation

Testing those candidates in human and other cell models to confirm the intended biological effect.

In Vivo (Rodent)

Evaluating efficacy, durability, and safety signals in living animal models.

IND-Enabling Studies

Conducting the formal safety, biodistribution, and manufacturing work required before clinical testing can be proposed.

Cellular Rejuvenation

Lead program

Targeting the epigenetic and transcriptional regulators that drive cellular aging, with the goal of restoring aged cells toward a younger, healthier state.

Status: Positive results to date; advancing toward IND-enabling studies.

Metabolic Regulation

Investigating the pathways that govern glucose metabolism, lipid regulation, and energy balance, which decline with age and underlie many chronic metabolic conditions.

All programs are in preclinical, investigational stages. Results were obtained in laboratory and animal models and do not predict outcomes in humans.

Syntic Life's technologies are in preclinical development and are not approved for human use. Results described were obtained in laboratory and animal models and do not predict outcomes in humans. All research is conducted in compliance with applicable institutional, ethical, and regulatory standards. Statements regarding our research, pipeline, and vision are forward-looking and reflect current scientific hypotheses, not clinical outcomes or regulatory approvals.
