Building the science of renewal.

Syntic Life is a preclinical-stage biotechnology company headquartered in the United States, working toward a future where age-related decline is no longer accepted as inevitable. We develop gene therapies aimed at restoring cellular health and addressing the underlying biology of age-related disease — pursued with the scientific rigor and regulatory discipline that a goal this large demands.

Our thesis

Aging is the largest risk factor for chronic disease, yet it has rarely been treated as a target in its own right. We believe that changes this. The biology of aging — like other complex disease processes — can be approached systematically, through careful science, rigorous preclinical validation, and a disciplined path toward the clinic. Get this right, and the impact reaches across many diseases at once.

Two companies, one mission

Syntic Life is paired with a sister company, Syntic AI, an artificial-intelligence company that runs its own model. Syntic AI's discovery engine helps our scientists find and prioritize targets; Syntic Life translates those insights into therapies at the bench. Computation informs the experiment, and the experiment refines the computation — a loop built to move faster than either could alone.

Where we stand

We have demonstrated cellular rejuvenation in mouse models. Our focus now is the translational work — reproducibility, durability, safety, and biodistribution — that any therapy must clear before it can be considered for human study. Every result earned at the bench is a step toward the clinic.

Why it matters

If aging can be addressed at its source, the way we treat the diseases of later life changes fundamentally — from managing decline to restoring health. That is the future we are working to build: longer, healthier lives, made possible by precise biological intervention rather than left to chance.
